Weihua Crane has specialized in crane production for 30 years. We have installed safety sliding lines when we produce crane equipment. The safety sliding line is a new type of mobile power supply device, which replaces the old bare angle iron and copper row sliding line with its superior performances such as insulation, safety, temperature resistance, vibration resistance and energy saving. The safety sliding line is composed of a smooth and flat T2 copper row embedded in an engineering plastic tube or slot plate or an aluminum profile embedded with a wear-resistant conductor as a carrier fluid, which is combined into a power transmission conduit with an open slot under the conduit to facilitate the collector. Run and direct the power to the working appliance by the collector's highly wear-resistant copper-based graphite brushes. Bridge cranes are easy to cut off during use, sometimes generating sparks in the power transmission ducts. In severe cases, the sliding line is a shotgun, which causes the collector to be replaced too frequently, which affects production. To this end, Weihua has made the following improvements:
 

(1) Increasing the chamfering of the collector brush and smoothing it;
(2) Increasing the strength and elasticity of the spring between the two collectors of the current collector to ensure that the spring recovers freely;
(3) Deepen. Reinforce the spring seat in the collector to ensure that the recovery spring of the brush is not easy to "string" during operation;
(4) The connection block of the two sections of safety sliding line should be chamfered to ensure a smooth transition of the current collector. At the same time, in order to ensure the normal use of the safety sliding line, the standard operation of the trainer, regular maintenance of the maintenance worker, and regular inspection are also essential.
