Inspection work before gantry crane work:

1. Check the brakes, hooks, wire ropes and safety devices of the crane according to the requirements of the check card, and invent the abnormal signs, which should be excluded.

 

2. The operator must close the main power supply when confirming that there is no one on the platform or on the track. When the power circuit breaker is locked or has a sign, it should be removed by the original person concerned. The main power can be turned off.

 

Matters needing attention in the work of gantry cranes:

1. When lifting the heavy object for the first time in each shift (or when the load reaches the maximum weight), the weight should be put down after lifting the height of 0.5 m from the ground, check the performance of the brakes, and then confirm the back, and then carry out normal homework.

 

2. In the crane homework, the operator shall ring the alarm for the following homework.

(1) Lifting and landing heavy objects; when driving large and small cars;

(2) When the crane is driving, when the line of sight is unclear, it is necessary to continuously ring the alarm;

(3) When the crane is approaching another crane in the span.

(4) When lifting heavy objects close to personnel.

 

3. Operation and operation should be carried out according to the unified command signal.

 

4. When the power is suddenly cut off during work, all the crane controller handles should be placed in the "zero" position. Check whether the crane is working properly before re-working.

 

5. Cranes and trolleys are prohibited from driving in the normal homework. When changing the direction of movement of large and small vehicles, the handle must be placed in the "zero" position, so that the mechanism can be reversed after the mechanism is completely stopped.

 

6. For cranes with two hooks, when the main and auxiliary hooks are replaced and the heights of the two hooks are similar, the main and auxiliary hooks must be taught alone to avoid collision between the two hooks.

 

7. Two crane hooks are forbidden to hang two objects at the same time; adjust the hoist mechanism brake when not working.

 

8. It is forbidden to stop using the limit position limiter. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the lift mechanism brake under load.

 

9. The crane should strictly implement the system of "ten not hanging":

(1) The command signal is unknown or the command is not suspended;

(2) Do not hang when the rated lifting capacity is exceeded;

(3) The application of the spreader is different or the object is not tied up;

(4) Some people on the hanging object or other floating items are not hanging;

(5) Brakes or other brake safety devices are not suspended;

(6) When the heavy objects are being transported directly, the crane is not suspended;

(7) obliquely hanging;

(8) Explosive objects are not suspended;

(9) Buried in underground objects are not lifted;

 

10. If the invention is abnormal, stop immediately, check the cause and eliminate it in time. What should be done after the gantry crane is finished:

(1) Raise the crane hook to a certain height, the cart and trolley are parked at the designated position, and the controller handle is placed at the "zero" position; pull the protective box switch handle to cut off the power.

(2) Carry out daily maintenance and maintenance of the crane.

(3) Do a good job in the handover class.

(4) Objects with angular blocks are not padded.
